The Basingstoke Country Hotel is a 100 bedroom-hotel that boasts a stylish Brasserie, offering casual dining and food for the whole family as well as providing traditional afternoon tea. The Hotel has 5 conference rooms catering for between 25 to 240 delegates providing for various events and wedding functions. Due to expansion, we are looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team
As Food & Beverage Assistant, you will be required to:
- Ensure the highest standards of courtesy and customer care are set and maintained
- Ensure that all procedures are always performed correctly and efficiently.
- Ensure that stock control procedures are adhered to and always checked.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables, offering great customer service
The ideal candidate will be organised, punctual and well presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service. This position is available on a Zero-Hour contract.
