Position: Food Service Business Development Manager - Mooch Chocolate Milk

As the Food Service Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in introducing Mooch to the food service industry and driving its success.
The Role:
- Generate New Business and manage accounts thereafter.
- Working closely with the Sales Controller to deliver a key part of the sales strategy.
- Implementing – where relevant - national business plans.
- Be the first line of commercial contact for new business for the foodservice channel.
- Liaising with other departments to resolve issues and maximise opportunities.
- Potential to build a long-term career with a foodservice sales team.
Performance Measurements:
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPI's.
- Deliver against distribution, volume, and other commercial metrics.
- Deliver product distribution growth.
- Implementation & execution of National Promotional Activity.
- Ensuring an effective journey call plan is developed to meet business and customer needs.
The candidate:
- A sales professional with a Business Development mindset.
- Experience in selling into Country Range Group, Fairway Foodservice, Caterfood, Caterforce, Sterling, Bidfood, Brakes Compass etc.
Passion for Food and Beverage:
- Genuine enthusiasm for food and beverage products, with a keen appreciation for quality and innovation.
- Have an ambitious career with a view to progressing quickly whilst learning.
- Highly numerate with good client relationship building skills.
- Minimum of 3 successful years’ Business Development experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and self-motivated.
- Target driven with good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Demonstrate solid business acumen.
- Show strong organisational and time management skills.
- Establish rapport and build relations across all levels.
Remuneration:
- Basic salary Up to £45,000 dependent on experience
- OTE to £55,000 uncapped
- Car allowance £5000 or company car
