Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our brand new residential children's home in Bromsgrove.
This is a unique opportunity to join a company that is deeply devoted to providing exceptional care to young people with learning disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the efficient operation and management of the residential children's home
- Foster an open and transparent environment for young people
- Address the underlying needs of young people and provide specialised care for those who have experienced trauma
- Maintain and improve the Good Ofsted rating of our first home
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels at all times, including weekends, evenings, and out-of-office hours
- Adhere to all policies and procedures in a professional manner
- Deliver exceptional care to enhance the lives of young people
- Cultivate and lead a strong team and implement quality systems in line with our company ethos
- Collaborate closely with our Directors to achieve our company goals
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in caring for children with learning disabilities and trauma
- Proven track record in managing a residential children's home
- Excellent understanding of Children's Services
- Ability to work collaboratively with a small, care-focused company
- Willingness to work closely with Directors to achieve company goals
- Professionalism and adherence to current legislative framework, policies, and procedures
