NonStop's client, based in the East Midlands, is seeking an experienced Fostering Team Manager to join their independent agency.
This is a great opportunity for you lead a small team of social workers, allowing you the chance to give tailored support in order to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
The role will be on a part time basis at 4 days a week and have a hybrid working arrangement with only one day required in the office. This allows you to have an incredibly flexible schedule which contributes to a better work life balance.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team of Social Workers in the Nottingham area
- Ensure high standards of care are met in accordance to Ofsted regulations
- Be involved in the support and expansion of the service
Requirements:
- Need to have fostering experience and ideally some child protection
- Level 5 in management or willing to start level 5
- Registration with Social work England (SWE)
- Driver
