Morgan McKinley have been retained by a dynamic and rapidly expanding property business, who are looking to secure an FP&A Analyst. The company has grown both organically as well as through acquisition, and are now looking for a dedicated resource to own the FP&A function. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified accountant looking for a commercial finance role.

The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage the annual budget and forecast including the 5 year business plan to support informed business strategies
• P&L, cashflow and balance sheet forecasting
• Prepare and review market analysis, KPI's and due diligence analysis
• Preparation of monthly board pack reporting
• Partner with senior business managers and key stakeholders to provide strong decision support
• Highlight business risks and opportunities to drive operational and financial performance
• Provide external investors with insightful analysis
• Assist with the annual audit process and annual statutory financial statements.
• Support the M&A team with market analysis, due dilligence and reviw of SPA agreements
• Assist in the finance integration of acquisitions

The successful candidate:

• ACA/CA/CIMA/ACCA
• Advanced excel - highly advantageous
• PowerBI - desirable.
• Strategic mindset and proactive nature
• Willing to be in the office 5 days a week
