Salary~~ Robert Walters - FP&A Business Partner - Permanent - Solihull / Wolverhampton (hybrid 2 days on-site) - Up to £55,000 plus bonus~~
Our client, a manufacturing business is looking for a skilled FP&A Business Partner to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with various departments, driving financial performance and supporting key business initiatives. The successful candidate will split their time between the office and remote work, providing flexibility and a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities of the FP&A Business Partner:
- Partner with sales teams to support key projects including new branch openings and eCommerce initiatives.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to analyse expenditures and key cost drivers.
- Develop and utilise MI & KPIs to analyse sales and profitability.
- Conduct detailed sales & margin analysis.
- Own and improve periodic reports through automation and insights.
- Assist senior stakeholders with performance assessments.
- Support annual budget preparation and monthly rolling forecasts.
- Implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Provide support with ad hoc investment models and analysis.
Key essentials of the FP&A Business Partner:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Experience of using and developing dashboards on PowerBI
