Job Title: FP&A Business Performance Senior Accountant

Salary: £54,793 + depending on experience
What you'll be doing:
- Lead the financial reporting processes end to end: capturing requirements, creating and communicating plans, reviewing inputs, providing synthesis and issuing reporting
- Manage a small team of FP&A professional staff and also provide training and support to Project Accountants regarding reporting requirements
- Providing challenge to forecast submissions for year-end KPI's and cash flow
- Leading the Half Year and Year End Reporting activities
- Support with ad hoc queries from the Finance Directors and FP&A Financial Controller
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) - Cannot accept AAT
- Excellent MS Office skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Effective communication skills and confident in presenting to a wide variety of stakeholders
Desirable:
- Previous line management experience
- Competent with TM01 IBM Planning Analytics

The Internal Finance Planning & Analysis team:
Within the finance function, Financial Planning and Analysis teams are responsible for leading the delivery of high quality and forward-looking financial analysis and insights to the business. Bringing together FP&A experts from across the UK footprint, they are the primary points of contact into business Finance Directors and provide crucial insights on the key business and financial performance. The FP&A team work alongside other finance capabilities to drive the enhancement of key business processes, working towards establishing data driven and digitally enabled performance reporting to meet the future business needs
