**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Freelance Private Chef to join our growing network of Private Chefs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating bespoke menus, preparing high-quality meals, and ensuring a first-class dining experience for the employer and guests.
**Duties:**
- Plan and prepare diverse and nutritious meals tailored to the preferences and dietary requirements of the booking.
- Manage all aspects of food production, including shopping for ingredients, cooking, and presenting dishes.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene practices in the kitchen.
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate meal service timings efficiently.
- Oversee the organisation and cleanliness of the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with household staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
**Experience:**
- Proven experience as a Chef in a Michelin starred restaurant or private household.
- Strong culinary skills with expertise in various cuisines and cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Valid Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificate.
- Excellent team management and supervisory abilities.
Job Type: Freelance
Pay: £300.00-£600.00 per day
