We are working with a Medium sized freight forwarder who are looking to recruit an Air, SeaBusiness Development Manager
Increasing sales within Air, Sea, Road and Customs Sales.
Roles includes:
- Negotiating and influencing skills.
- Ability to generate new leads.
- Ability to generate new business.
- Face to Face Client Meetings.
- Interacting with all levels of contacts within small, medium, and large customers.
- To look at solutions that will maximise profit.
- Ability to meet the Company’s business needs and plans.
- Understanding of operational processes.
Experience:
- Previous Air and Sea Freight Forwarding sales experience is a MUST.
- Proven sales experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
- Customer focused mentality.
- Stable career history.
- Well organised and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Target Driven.
- Team Player
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Driving licence with car.
This role is a Remote role, so can be based anywhere in UK. Monday to Friday 8.30am -17.30pm.
Salary depends on experience, plus 10% commission on GP., Plus car allowance.
