Front End Software Engineer – React.js
Central London (Hybrid)
Up to 60k + bonus

Fullstack London is currently partnered with a specialist consultancy in the treasury sector, assisting them with their search for an experienced Software Engineer to join their expanding team. Their projects range from mid-tier single resource Treasury Management System (TMS) implementations to complex multi-resource transformational advisory projects using our innovative solutions that generate value for our clients.

Joining a bustling , London office as part of the growing Improve function, you’ll be working on designing and developing several microservices for innovative, in-house developed Treasury products. You will be working closely with a small team of experts on exciting software solutions from inception to release, exposing you to all aspects of the development lifecycle.

You will be engaged in:

• Working as a front-end developer on an in-house developed wiki platform that supports the service offering

• Enhance existing services/ products through additional feature developments and integrations

• Supporting internal development initiatives to streamline daily operations and create value-add products

• Work with experts to research and develop new services to add to the application portfolio

• Assisting the consulting team with technical questions

• Participating in all stages of the software development lifecycle

• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting

• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code

• Assist with the preparation and presentation of sales demonstrations to existing and new clients

Your Experience:

• 1 - 2+ years of React front-end development experience (TypeScript is a bonus)

• 1 - 2+ years of working as a developer in a professional capacity

• Experience with RESTful APIs to connect front-end applications with back-end services

• Basic to intermediary Python skills with an understanding of data structures preferred

• Experience working across structured and semi-structured data, with knowledge of SQL

• Experience working with software with multiple components and services

• Experience with using containerization technology (Docker, Docker Swarm, etc.) is a bonus
