Front of House

We are an established, family-run dental practice whose focus is on outstanding customer service and exceptional dentistry.

We are looking for a full time Front of House to help lead the team!

If you’re enthusiastic, energetic and passionate about great customer service, do you have experience in delivering the best customer care, then we would love to hear from you. No previous dental experience required. For us the most important aspect is that you have experience of and know how to look after people. We want to offer a 5* service, for our patients from start to finish!

We have a wealth of experience and are now we are looking for a hard-working Front of House who has a strong team ethic and will relish the opportunity of developing a new role within the practice.

About you:

• You are a passionate, people person who thrives as part of a team
• You have good literacy and superb IT skills. You can work comfortably in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• You understand the importance of excellent customer care and you understand that a modern service-led dental practice will always go that extra mile
• You don’t need to have previous healthcare experience, but a customer facing role is essential, ideally with leadership of a team.

Pay: From £23,000.00 per year
