Front of House

We are currently seeking a Front of House (FOH) team member to work at Forge Bakehouse. If you have a passion for exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for someone that is available to work on weekends in any one of our stores or that has their own transport, or is willing to commute, to pop up events that Forge Bakehouse attends in and around Sheffield.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
• Advising customers on the bread and pastry range we offer.
• Monitoring inventory levels and notifying management when stock is low.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• A positive and can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Pay: £8.60-£12.00 per hour
