Front of House Staff

Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front End Associate to join our team. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth checkout process for our customers. Responsibilities:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor

- Assist customers with their purchases and provide product recommendations

- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient store operations

- Adhere to food safety guidelines when handling food products

Requirements:

- Previous experience in the restaurant, catering, or hospitality industry is preferred

- Knowledge of food preparation and handling procedures is a plus

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling

- Availability to work evenings and weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £6.40-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
