We have just taken on an exciting Front of House role for an investment backed Think Tank. Based in a lovely Mayfair office, there are about 20 people in London, with plans to grow. The culture of the team is close-knit and inclusive, with a great family feel.
The role is based on Front of House, but as the office is in a pivotal stage of growth, there may be exciting opportunities to develop further.
THE ROLE:
- Meeting and greeting VIP guests
- Liaising with the catering team with any refreshment orders
- Ensuring the Front of House area is kept up to standards
- Managing the meetings diary and reaching out to attendees to confirm attendance, any dietary requirements etc
- Be a point of contact for cleaning staff
- Keeping an eye on any maintenance issues in the building and reporting to the necessary member of staff
- Dealing with incoming calls
Having a high standards and a proactive attitude are key for this role, as is the ability to handle key interaction with a discreet personal touch. Being ambitious and a team player with strong organisational and communication skills is also ideal.
