Front Of House Assistant

Sodexo are on the look out for a Front of House Assistant in Weybridge (KT13 0NY)! If you are a friendly and organised individual who could be the face of our prestigious corporate site and you are a master multi tasker, then we want to hear from you! Join us to create a positive first impression to our clients and visitors and be the heartbeat of our guests experience!

What you’ll do: 

Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
Assisting customers with general queries and room bookings
Provide refreshments, serving hot and cold food/drinks
Be the go-to person to providing information and assistance

What you bring:  

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a great telephone manner
Experience working with booking systems
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Positive attitude and a passion for customer service
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but as mentioned, we would consider apprenticeship opportunities for someone looking to develop

Hours between 7:30am - 5pm
40 hours per week
£12 - £12.50 per hour dependant on experience
Open to job-shares, part time requests and apprenticeship opportunities
