This is an incredible Temp to Perm opportunity for a polished and professional, switched on individual to join a dynamic entrepreneurial firm, based in fabulous offices in West London, as their Front of House Assistant / Receptionist.

With a 'customer first’ attitude, you will be key to providing exceptional levels of customer service to all clients and visitors, as the Front of House team are responsible for ensuring operational excellence and a personal touch is delivered at all times.
Therefore, we’re looking for someone who has gravitas and a dynamic nature who wants an interesting, varied and busy client facing position.

This role could be suited to someone who has worked in previous Reception / FOH roles or in client-facing hospitality, who has experience of providing 5* service to clients and who will enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging office.

Key responsibilities as the Front of House Assistant / Receptionist will include:

  • Providing an efficient and professional service to all users, clients and visitors
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries
  • Providing an exceptional level of service to key members and guests - greeting them by name an building strong relationships
  • Answering the main phone line, ensuring all messages are given to the relevant person
  • Signing in all guests and providing appropriate access cards
  • Ensuring the Front of House is immaculately maintained at all times
  • Regular checks of all key facilities (i.e. meeting rooms) to ensure they are correctly set up
  • Undertaking building tours for members/guests if required
  • Assisting with planning an delivering business and social events in the building
  • Helping with Fire Safety procedures and regulations

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a client-facing Front of House / Reception support role: Front of House, 5* Receptionist, Concierge or Client Administrator is ideal
  • A highly proactive and incredibly organised nature
  • Impeccable communication skills and the ability to foster working relationships at all levels
  • Desire to deliver exceptional, first-class service at all times
  • Warm and personable nature - approachable and willing to go the extra mile
  • Willingness to roll your sleeves up and get 'stuck in’
  • IT literacy including MS Office
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently
  • Professional, punctual and reliable attitude
