We have an opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious Front of House / Restaurant Manager to join a highly respected and popular West Wight restaurant where you can utilise your professionalism, motivation, and experience here on the Isle of Wight.
We are looking for a dynamic high performing candidate who will have full rein of the restaurants day-to-day operations.

Must haves:
- Previous experience working in a busy hospitality setting in a management capacity.
- Proven track record of working in customer service operations.
- Proven track record of dealing with EPOSS systems.
- Be able to recruit, train, and develop your team.
- Have a key focus on guest service and ensure the team can go above and beyond.
- Work with all other departments to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft packages.
- Experience of working as and supervising of a team
- A great sense of humour and a genuine passion for delivering the highest standards of customer service.
