Anabas Welcome is specialised in high-end reception and concierge services, the premium Front of House division of Anabas. Our focus lies in supporting corporate office occupiers looking for a great workplace experience for their staff and customers.
Anabas Welcome is currently seeking to employ an experienced Reception Manager to lead the team to provide a welcoming and efficient guest experience to all occupiers, their guests, and events to one of our prestigious clients in the financial area of London. A high standard of service delivery is expected, and you will have the ability to understand what is needed to ensure our client requirements are met.
We are offering a salary of £30,000 for this is a full time role working Monday to Friday 40 hrs per week (1 unpaid lunch hour), between the hours of 8:30-17:30.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead by example process all guests in a polite and courteous and professional manner and ensure personal presentation is to a high standard always. Demonstrate an understanding of 5 star and VIP guest service. Suggest and implement new ideas to continually improve guest experience.
- Be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day delivery of the guest experience is smooth, professional, friendly and efficient. Continually assess and suggest new ways of delivering service excellence. Work both proactively and reactively to deliver the best service and visitor experience.
- Ensure processes and protocols are followed always and new ways of working are suggested that introduce service enhancements but adhere to security protocols and processes.
- Produce and/or delegate appropriately, the production of all required documentation to support Anabas Welcome Operations and the contract agreement with the client, including, but not limited to, reception manuals, training manuals, training matrix and SOPs. Ensure these are regularly reviewed and an approval system for updates is in place.
- Produce a monthly and quarterly report providing information and statistics which the client can use to demonstrate levels of service delivered and areas of improvement or enhancements that can be made.
- Health and Safety Awareness and to complete risk assessments.
- Oversee the Training Coordinator in all Anabas Welcome Elite training. Sign off all feedback forms competed by the Training Coordinator.
- Organise and distribute the team rota and liaise with Anabas Welcome Operations team to make any necessary amendments.
- Understand KPIs and what is required to achieve them, use this knowledge to ensure high levels of service delivery from all team members.
- Attend management meetings and liaise daily with the property management team.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all departments at Anabas Welcome head office and the client.
- Work proactively and anticipate the needs of the client and guests to the building. Work to ensure we have sufficient team members on shift to process large events professionally and efficiently.
- Report any accidents or incidents to the client an Anabas Welcome Client Services Manager to ensure communication is streamlined and to aid in the smooth running of the service.
You will have:
- Previous reception management experience in a FOH capacity would be advantageous, ideally from the corporate sector or hospitality. Have exceptional organisation and communication skills.
- The ability to lead a small team to deliver the highest level of customer service.
- The ability to develop your team, ensuring training is carried out to aid this.
- A can do attitude and willing to provide the highest level of service to occupiers, guests and service partners.
