**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need. This position offers the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings, including care homes and home care environments. **Responsibilities:** - Assist in the implementation of care plans under the supervision of healthcare professionals - Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and feeding - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions - Support patients with mobility issues and assist them in daily activities - Utilize IT systems for documentation and reporting **Experience:** - Experience working in a care home or home care setting is preferred - Ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues - Familiarity with care plans and patient documentation - Basic IT skills for using healthcare systems - A valid driver's license may be required for home care positions - Proficiency in English is essential for clear communication Joining our team as a Healthcare Assistant offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field.
