As a senior healthCare Assistant you will assist in the provision of care and work as part of the team to achieve the best outcomes for our residents. A senior is also expected to take an active lead and set an example for other carers on their shift with the support from the CHAP and Nurse on the shift.
The Ideal Candidate will be able to;
· Understand person-centred care and can demonstrate the ability to treat people as individuals while respecting their choices
· Develop effective working relationships with other employees
· Work in cooperation with members of the multi-disciplinary teams to maximise opportunities for Residents
· Ensure no one is discriminated against or excluded
· Understand human rights and their impact on the delivery of care
· Strive for quality in everything they do recognising and understanding what quality in care means for people using our services
· Understand the importance of empathy in all areas of their employment
