We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide essential support to patients in our clinic. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, ensuring efficient patient flow, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment within the clinic.

As Healthcare Assistant you will be responsible for and involved with:
- Contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient care and Consultant relationships.
- Providing support to healthcare professionals, ensuring efficient patient flow, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment within the clinic.
- Incorporating clinic support, patient care and front and back of house services.
- Effective communication with patients and colleagues, meticulous documentation and active participation in quality improvement initiatives.
- Promoting an excellent patient experience in a private care setting with attention to detail
- Working with key stakeholders such as Consultants and ensuring the calm and effective running of the service on a day to day basis.
Qualifications, proficiencies and capabilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certification as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Independent sector/ Private Patient experience
- Outpatient experience
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant in an outpatient setting is desirable.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and outpatient procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records. Attention to detail

Work Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday including weekends
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
