- Keeping track of medication schedules and refills, and reporting any concerns or changes in health to supervisors or healthcare providers.
Meal Preparation and Nutrition:
- Planning and preparing nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
- Assisting with feeding if necessary, and monitoring food intake and hydration levels.
Household Support:
- Performing light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying up living spaces.
- Providing assistance with shopping for groceries or other necessities.
Emotional Support and Companionship:
- Offering emotional support, companionship, and social interaction to individuals, reducing feelings of loneliness and isolation.
- Engaging in meaningful conversations, activities, or hobbies based on the individual's interests and preferences.
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Observing and monitoring individuals for any changes in health, behavior, or mood.
- Reporting concerns or changes to supervisors or healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate records of care provided.
Safety and Well-being:
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals by maintaining a clean and hazard-free environment.
- Following safety protocols and procedures, such as proper lifting techniques and infection control measures.
Respect for Dignity and Independence:
- Respecting the individual's dignity, privacy, and independence at all times.
- Promoting autonomy and self-care to the extent possible, while providing necessary support and assistance as needed.
Collaboration and Communication:

Qualifications
