We are looking for experienced Complex needs Health Care Assistants to provide care to Children with Complex Needs.
YOU MUST HAVE PEG/GASTROSTOMY FEEDING experience
Experience and skills
- You must have a minimum of 6 months of experience working within a Care setting
- Peg/Gastrostomy feeding
- Commitment and passion to provide high quality person centered care
- Strong interpersonal and empathy skills
- Approachable attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
- Ability to prioritise and plan around customer needs
Knowledge and Understanding
- Ability to read to care plans.
- Health and safety in the workplace
- Manual handling procedures
- Safeguarding vulnerable adults/children
- Food hygiene.
- Understanding of confidentiality and data protection within a care setting.
