About the role:
An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Healthcare Assistant – Phlebotomy to work in an exceptional private clinic in Battersea, London area. This is an impressive outpatient consulting and imaging department, offering access to leading specialists and the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities:
· As a phlebotomist your key duties include:
· Assist consultants and nurses during their clinics with chaperoning, ultrasound scans, minor op procedures, dressing changes, phlebotomy and much more.
· Ensure stocking is always accurate; clinics set up for every consultant and ensure equipment is working and safe to use.
· Take part in audits and admin work.
· Promote customer service and patient care.
· Act as part of a team and promote good teamwork across all teams.
Skills and Experience:
· The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
· Minimum 2 years’ experience as a healthCare Assistant
· Experience from the private sector.
· Experienced in Phlebotomy
· High level of communication and interpersonal skills
· Understanding of customer care
· IT skills
Salary: The successful Healthcare Assistant will receive an excellent salary of £23,000 – £24,000 per annum.
Work Pattern: This exciting position is a Full-Time role for 37.5 hours a week from 9am-9:30 pm.
