Overview
This is a new role created within our office at Manchester Airport carrying out administrative duties for the team.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks and providing support to our team members. Self motivated and highly organised with an eye for detail and completing all tasks to a high standard are a key requirement.
Duties
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain and update files, records, and databases
- Conduct data entry on Maximo and maintain accurate records of jobs/projects etc
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role showing skill set
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficient in computerised systems and software, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Microsoft teams. Experience in Maximo would be desirable but training will be provided
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Previous experience in a admin role is requuired
The role is Full Time and permanent within the office at Manchester airport
Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm with 1 hour for lunch. 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
