We are currently looking to recruit a Receptionist/Administrator for our 4MCS Clinical Research site in Manchester.
The post holder will provide essential administrative support to the research team, including undertaking some clinical tasks, data collection and entry, laboratory stock control and courier arrangement, sample collection, processing and shipping.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual, who is wanting to expand their knowledge and interest in clinical trials administration. Along with excellent organisation and communication skills in addition to excellent IT skills and a methodical approach are key requirements, along with a proven ability to work as part of a team.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role in healthcare setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
