Responsibilities:

• Answer phones using friendly voice.
• Greet patients and visitors politely.
• Answer questions and direct calls.
• Respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Enter data into computer.
• Arrange patients' appointments.
• File materials and documents.

The working hours are:

• Monday -2.30pm-6.30pm
• Tuesday - 2.30pm-6.30pm
• Wednesday - 2.30pm-6.30pm
• Thursday - 2.30pm-6.30pm
• Friday - 2.30pm-6.30pm

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
