Office Angels Manchester are proudly supporting a charity based in Prestwich who require front of house/admin support.
Duties could include:
- Reception
- Data entry of internal records
- Filing/scanning
- Meeting patients on arrival and offering refreshments
- Updating patient appointments
- Dealing with email and general enquiries
- General administration tasks as directed
Skills required:
- Good communication written and verbal
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong telephone manner
- Experience of relevant software including MS word, Excel and outlook
Please note candidates should be available for a minimum of 4-6 weeks.
