Are you the right person for the job?
- Previous experience in a similar role desirable
- Highly competent in Microsoft Office and other core computer skills
- Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
- Possesses a friendly and professional manner
What will your role look like?
- Greeting visitors
- Answering the telephone system, transferring of calls as necessary
- Taking messages and ensuring these are passed on to the relevant departments
- Franking mail
- Purchase invoice posting to computer system
- Matching goods received notes to purchase invoices and importing to the computer system
- Quoting repair work/spares to customers
- Processing engineers reports
- Assisting with service invoicing
- General office administration
