In this Admin receptionist and customer service support role your key duties will be:
Entering the fine details of products (high end watches) coming in for repairs prior to
sending to the Technical Team.
Logging all details onto the Customer System and keeping all records up to date.
Checking product prices and informing Customers of their quotations for repairs.
Maintaining all documentation for internal staff and the customers.
Covering the reception meeting greeting and managing visitors to site.
This is a varied and interesting role where full product training will be given.
