- Early Shift: 07:30 - 14:30
- Back Shift: 14:30 - 21:30

Role Overview: As a Care Assistant, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team, providing high-quality care and support to our residents. This role involves a mixture of early shifts and back shifts on a rolling rota basis, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support individuals with mobility and transferring using safe moving and handling techniques.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their well-being and independence.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met.
- Document and report any changes in residents' condition or behaviour to the relevant staff members.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of paid care experience in the UK.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a care home setting.
- Proficient in personal care tasks and moving and handling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to care.
