We are recruiting for a full time Customer Service Assistant to work at Otter Garden Centre, Wincanton.
You will be working in our Garden Sundries department.
Requirements
Duties will include- Using the tills
- Helping customers with product inquiries and taking orders.
- Using your detailed knowledge of the products in your department to increase sales
- Ensuring product layout is maintained to high standards.
- Stock management, which will include managing all stock orders and deliveries.
- Merchandising stock in line with company guidelines.
- Have excellent Customer Service & communication skills
- Be computer literate including Excel and PowerPoint
- Have warehouse experience including picking and packing stock
- Be a strong team player
- Able to work on your own using your initiative
Hours
Full time working 5 days a week, permanent position.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9-5.45pm and Sunday 9-4.45pm.
