As part of our Retail Team, youwill…
As aShift Leader you will lead a shift in our Fun Shop deputising for the TeamManager in their absence to ensure all daily tasks relating to the Fun Shopteam processes, and safe & secure compliance are carried out to therequired standards.
- Providing an outstanding retail experience, ensuringservice, quality and consistency.
- Lead & coach the team on shift to ensure all areas ofresponsibility are met by the Team
- Escalating issues to the Team Manager when required
- Induct & support new starters through 90-day induction,and completion of core departmental training
- Delivers a hands-on approach to shop duties and greetingour customer's
- Work with the Team to help keep our Fun Shop area clean& safe - Always promoting Health & Safety first!
- All of our Shift Leaders carryout the same day to dayduties as our Team Members, stepping up as a Shift Leader and deputising in theabsence of the Team Manager. Pay Rates: 16 to 17 from £8.50 / 18+ from£10.97 up to £11.42 per hour depending on age
Experience and Qualifications
Youdon’t need experience to join our Retail Team. You may already be a retail assistant readyfor that next step in your career but if not, that’s ok! We will providethe training and support required to ensure you are great at what you do.
