A super and exciting role for an outstanding and experienced ‘Tech-savvy’ Executive Assistant to support two MDs in a successful Financial Advisory company in beautiful offices in the West End.  You MUST have experience at C-Suite level in Finance as the role is fast paced, demanding and varied and will include: - managing complex busy diaries, international travel coordination, arranging meetings, preparing confidential documentation, expenses and many other ad hoc tasks ensuring deadlines are met at all times.  You will be at the top of your game and used to working in a fast paced and demanding environment. Therefore, strong communication and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to multi-task and work on your own initiative are paramount together with flexibility.  A natural problem solver and team player with an unflappable, calm persona and assertiveness is a pre-requisite and ideally someone who is well educated with impeccable presentation.

• Solid financial or corporate, professional experience at C Suite level
