Job description
We have a rare and exciting role for an experienced Fund Analyst to join the fund finance team of one of the World's leading Real Estate investors. This role sits between and interfaces with multiple key business functions offering exposure to the whole working spectrum. You will need to have a solid understanding of real estate debt funds via experience of working in the Real Estate investment industry ideally in a Pan-European environment.
You will also need broader skills including a solid understanding of NAV calculations, stakeholder management and excellent communication as well as technically sound financial reconciliation experience.

The Job
Top-line duties will include:
- Monitoring and managing Pan-European Real Estate fund data.
- Performance review through key financial data.
- NAV calculations and review.
- Fund valuations.
- Reconciliation and reporting.
- Extensive business partnering and stakeholder management.
- Overseeing junior members of the finance team.
Experience required:
- Experience of working in fund finance.
- Experience in a Pan-European/international Real Estate fund environment.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
