Can you help develop and deliver new donor acquisition strategy?
Our client is seeking an Acquisition Manager to join the Individual Giving team. In this role, you will develop and deliver their Acquisition plans. As Acquisition Manager you will manage our two Senior Individual Giving Officers and as a team deliver new and existing fundraising campaigns to engage and recruit new donors.
Your role supports a programme to increase their donor base and showcase the amazing work our client does and how someone’s first gift can change a life.
You will also:
- Work closely with our Assistant Head of Individual Giving (Acquisition), testing and delivering fundraising appeals and campaigns.
- Oversee the programme's project management, working with the Acquisition team to focus on increasing the response rate, recruiting consented new donors, and decreasing the CPA.
- Deliver regular and end of campaign reporting to the Assistant Head of Individual Giving (Acquisition)
- Ensure high quality work is delivered on time by the team and step in to support the team to produce excellent donor recruitment appeals.
- Have opportunities to work with colleagues across the wider fundraising team on other key projects as they develop.
About you
They are looking for someone with experience of working in a fast-paced fundraising, marketing or communications environment. They encourage you to apply if you are a creative individual with excellent communication skills and can demonstrate your ability to work within this environment and manage a small team to deliver excellent fundraising appeals.
In this role you will be required to work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from their Central Office in Tower Hill, London. This allows for in person collaboration, team building, line management and other relationship building opportunities. They support a flexible approach to work with opportunities for agile working for the rest of your week; from home, or other St Mungo’s London or regional locations.
