Overview
The main function of the role is to support general administration within the office, working alonside a small team, but with particualr emphasis on accounts administration.
You will need to have some accounts experience, especially numerical data entry, onto both an in house software system and a banking system. You will be supporting the Accounts Manager with day to day supplier payments, inputting standing orders & contractor invoices
You will also be responsible for Insurance claims, which will include opening a case and seeing it through to completion, we will provide training in this are so no experience is required.
The job is varied & interesting and will suit someone who can multi-task with the ability to prioritise work, and work well under pressure.
Telephone, email, and face-to-face contact with clients, is an essential part of this role, so excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.
Key Responsibilities
You will be involved in general administration duties and any other administrative tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Accounts data input/Invoice processing using MUS/PMX software.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suit (Word Excel & Outlook) and computer skills in general.
Taking repairs details accurately and processing accordingly to assist the Property Manager in resolving reported repairs.
Insurance case progression
Filing / Scanning & archiving as required.
Any other duties as assigned by your line manager.

Outstanding customer care/service experience
Experience working within the property environment would be a bonus but is not necessary, as full training will be given in these areas. Accounts data entry experience is esential.
This is an office based full time permanent role – Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm. Remote working is not a consideration, due to the nature of this front facing role.
Salary 20-22k depending on experience.
