Job Title:General Catering Assistant

Team: Community Services – School Meals

Hours: Various hours between 10 and 15 per week, term time only basis

Salary: Grade A £11.59 per hour

Contract: Permanent

Location: Various Locations within the Bolton Borough

Qualifications: Level 2 Food Safety or willing to work towards.

The Role:

To assist in the basic preparation and cooking of food and beverages, setting up the dining room and service of food and beverages. Cleaning of kitchen equipment ,crockery and utensils ensuring hygiene standards are met.

Great practical skills are essential for this hands on role. You will need to be determined, energetic with great organisational skills, have the ability to work as part of a team and enjoy a fast paced working environment.
