General Maintenance and Painter

Hay Carr is located in a peaceful yet convenient location surrounded by rolling countryside, with the Forest of Bowland visible to the East.

Who are we looking for?

Our client is now looking for someone to conduct General Estate Maintenance and Painting to assist with the upkeep and presentation of the house and grounds. We are looking for a dedicated individual who takes great pride and care in their work.

The successful candidate should be an experienced painter and will be required to maintain the estate. The estate consists of the Main House, Two Cottages, Lodge House, Barns and Stables. The work will consist of internal and external maintenance, so weather will not impede work.

The successful candidate will have the option to work Full Time or semi Part Time for retired / semi-retired professional.

• Pay commensurate to experience and standard of work but starting from 12 per hour
