SalaryWe are looking for a General Manager to join our Pure family. This is a hands-on role - you will be responsible for managing and developing the shop team, ensuring they work collaboratively and provide excellent customer service to all our customers. What we are offering:
- Salary up to £34,000
- Private Healthcare
- Bonus up to £2,000 a quarter
- £15 daily food and drink allowance (£3,600 worth of food and drinks per year)
- Up to 28 days of holiday and an extra half day every 12 months (up to 32 days)

Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing the shop team
- Ensuring the best customer service is delivered consistently
- Training and coaching new members of the team
- Ensuring the Health & Safety standards in the shop are always followed
