D.M. Stewart Ltd, Edinburgh s oldest independent pub company, is seeking an ambitious new Manager for the historic Abbotsford Bar; someone with an energetic and proactive approach to Team Leadership. The successful applicant would be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the Bar & Food Operation including Staff Management, Cash & Stock Control, Liquor Orders, Cellar Management, Updating social media, Health & Safety, Security, and adherence to Licensing Law. To be successful the applicant would have to hold a valid Personal Licence and be capable of maintaining good relations with regulatory bodies such as Environmental Services and the Council. The applicant should also be experienced in, and show enthusiasm for, Real & Craft Beer, Food, Wine, and Whisky.
