Job Title              General Manager

Salary:                 Up to £42,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Location:             Suffolk

My client is a leading hospitality and venue group, seeking an experience General Manager for one of their sites.
This is a diverse venue where providing an amazing guest experience is the most important factor! You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the site, food and beverage outlets, event delivery, team management, and full P&L accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the venue team are providing impeccable customer service at all times
• Maximise commercial opportunities by driving and implementing new ideas
• Budget management and cost control
• Financial reporting
• Motivate, lead and develop the venue team
• Ensuring standards of food and beverage service are to a high standard
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are being adhered to
• Provide an outstanding customer experience across all areas!

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience working in a management position within hospitality or events
• Strong food and beverage background
• Proven ability to organise, lead and motivate a team
• Creative and results driven approach to delivering high quality service
• Ability to manage and develop internal and external relationships at all levels
• Budget management
• A real people person!
