General Manager

Location: Yountville, CA

Salary: $90,000 - $95,000

The Client:

My client is in search of a General Manager to lead their acclaimed Mexican restaurant in Yountville, CA, renowned for its dynamic culinary experience showcasing authentic flavors and creative dishes.
Despite being a small concept restaurant, they are seeking an individual who can maintain their high standards and meet their customer experience needs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
• Appraise team member’s performance and provide feedback and training to keep them upbeat and productive
• Estimate consumption, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory
• Monitor compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations
• Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example

General Manager Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in similar role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, necessary for effectively interacting with staff, customers, and vendors
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and profit optimization
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, health and safety regulations, and compliance standards
