General Manager  

Location:San Jose, California  

Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the Management for the restaurant’s daily operations including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.
  Ensuring smooth functioning and upholding the highest quality standards
• Assist with the recruitment process of restaurant team members.
  Provide leadership and guidance to the staff, building and fostering a positive and motivating work environment
• Provide exceptional guest experiences by upholding high service and quality standards, promptly and efficiently resolving all customer inquiries to satisfaction
• Work closely with executives and the owner to develop and implement financial and operational strategies for the restaurant to help achieve and exceed financial goals
• Conduct daily team meetings to ensure all team members are supported and equipped to do their jobs

The ideal General Manager:

• At least 3 years experience as a General Manager at a fast casual restaurant
• High volume experience - $8million annual sales  and large team management
• Strong financial acumen, able to read and evaluate P&L statements, provide accurate forecasting etc.
• Confident, calm, approachable and professional individual
• A natural leader with superb communication and organisational skills
