We are looking to expand our well renowned coffee shop in Yarmouth and are therefore looking for a General Manager for our brand new coffee shop in Cowes.
We are a well-established and popular Isle of Wight brand who are all about passion for great coffee and to provide a wonderful experience for all our customers. We also serve light lunches, homemade cakes, and pastries.
On offer is a friendly, supportive, and fun working environment that has a large and loyal customer base with a reputation for delivering the absolute best in customer service and of course great coffee!
The successful candidate will have experience as a supervisor or manager in a fast-paced public facing role such as retail or hospitality and be enthusiastic about delivering consistent and excellent customer service.
As well as running the business on a day-to-day basis you will also be responsible for the budget, staff rota, ordering of all supplies and ensuring that food hygiene is always upheld.
Hours are full time working five days over a seven-day week and Salary is £30k plus performance related bonus’.
