Job Description: As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our client's Premium Casual Dining establishments in the West London and Reading area. Your primary objective will be to ensure the seamless delivery of exceptional dining experiences, uphold high standards of service, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of hospitality professionals to deliver outstanding service and exceed guest expectations.
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee development.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain consistency and quality across all locations.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and increase profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and community partners.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to provide a safe and hygienic dining environment for guests and employees.
- Previous experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry, preferably in Premium Casual Dining.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple restaurant locations and driving business results.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of local market trends and competition in the West London and Reading area.
