General Operative

Opportunity: We are currently seeking dedicated General Operatives to join our clients team in Pershore. Our client work with a selection of customers from the world of sport, entertainment and retail, from major international sports brands and stadiums to smaller clubs, retailers and entertainment venues. The selected candidates will be responsible for stripping out units in preparation for refurbishment. This will include removing flooring, ceilings, sinks, and other fixtures in a safe and efficient manner.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (45 hour working week)

Pay: 12.85 per hour

Location: Pershore

Duties include:

• Execute the stripping out of units according to project requirements.
• Safely remove flooring, ceilings, sinks, and other fixtures.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines.

To be considered for this role, you must have the following:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks.
• Ability to travel between sites. Pershore - Throckmorton.
