Title: GERMAN DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

This is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced and passionate marketing team as a Digital Marketing Executive to support the Marketing and Sales team across Europe, with a focus on the Central European market. You will report into the European Digital Marketing Manager.
Fluent written and spoken German language is essential.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Email Marketing & CRM System Responsibilities - Creating engaging content for B2B & B2C newsletter sends & lead nurture programmes. Segmentation, management, & analysis of customer data. Adobe Marketo experience advantageous.
- Website Management - Creation, translation and optimisation of website pages, and adaptation of Head Office content for local markets. Experience with Sitecore CMS advantageous but not required.
- Visitor Behaviour Analysis - Reviewing website visitor behaviour, reporting by channel & campaign, and optimising landing pages and campaigns based on results.
- Performance Marketing - Creating, managing, and reporting on paid campaigns. Paid Search experience essential, Paid Social/Display/Video/Programmatic advantageous.
- Organic Social Channels - Managing our social channels through adapting content provided by head office, responding to customer queries and feedback.
- Working with Sales Reps, Retailers & Agencies - Collaborating on local digital campaigns, providing support with reporting, digital assets, and custom landing pages. Providing digital assets and support to retailers to help them present the brand across their own platforms.

- Demonstrate analytical skills with a good ability to manage budgets.
Portfolio Guideline:
Objective: To present samples of a campaign you've planned and executed, showing:
- Goals or objectives of the campaign
- How they went about executing it: what channels were used and why, did you use agencies, did you have a media plan, how did you allocate budget etc.
- Show examples of creative, landing pages, copy etc.
- Measuring success: What KPIs did you put in place and how did you measure the success of the campaign?
- Optimisations that you made throughout the campaign and why you made these optimisations (e.g. what data and insights were you using)
- Final campaign results and learnings, and how you communicated those to stakeholders
You might want to reflect on a campaign that have used multiple channels such as email marketing, paid media, landing pages.
Additional notes:
The role may also involve infrequent travel to Norway & Germany. This will be rare, but they may need to be flexible to travel for a few days at a time.
