A rapidly expanding international debt collection agency is currently looking for an experienced commercial credit professional with fluent German or Dutch language skills, as well as fluency in English, to join its credit management team.
You will be part of a highly experienced and skilled global collection team, where you will be responsible for your own portfolio of customers covering German/Dutch and English speaking markets. You will be actively managing your ledger across a range of different industries focusing on maximising cash collection, query management, and working towards targets. Prior experience of working with Oracle is also essential.
This role will be a home based position.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience within commercial debt collection/credit control is essential.
- Fluency in German or Dutch (as well as English) is essential.
- Working knowledge of Oracle is essential
- Negotiation and dispute resolution skills
- Accustomed to working towards targets
- Outstanding communications skills both verbally and written
- Team player, whilst demonstrating ability to work autonomously (especially as this is a remote based role)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self motivated
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
