FRS are recruiting an Account Admin role for a business based in Solihull.
Reporting into the Company Accountant, your duties will include those noted below but aside from the day to day tasks listed, the business want to recruit a good team player, a confident individual who can share their thoughts & bring something to the table!
Duties Will Include
- Posting & allocating of payments including cheques and banking of cheques
- Bank reconciliations
- Obtaining purchase orders from clients
- Producing & sending out invoices
- Assisting with day to day office admin tasks alongside the Office Manager
- Supporting the Company Accountant with month-end tasks
